3.1 We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. 3.2 Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. 3.3 Solar Power ZA reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing
4.1 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. 4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. 4.3 In the event of a pricing error, Solar Power ZA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. 5.2 We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. 5.3 Accepted payment methods include PayFast, EFT, Visa, and Mastercard. 5.4 Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched. 5.5 Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
6. Availability
6.1 All orders are subject to stock availability. 6.2 If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund, exchange, or backorder option.

10. Warranties
10.1 Products are sold with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. 10.2 Warranty claims must be submitted to support@solarpowerza.co.za with proof of purchase. 10.3 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 12.2 If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the National Consumer Commission or a competent South African court.
